Starting solid foods
When your baby is 6 months old, you should begin to introduce solid foods. The NHS website has weaning advice and tips.
This free session is for parents and carers of babies aged 4-6 months who have not yet started solid foods. The session covers when to start solid foods and looks at which foods to start with and which foods to avoid.
Our Starting Solids sessions can help you adjust and overcome common challenges.
