Learning Disability and Autism programme
The aim of the Learning Disability and Autism programme is to improve the lives of children, young people and adults with learning disabilities or autism who display behaviours that challenge, including those with a mental health condition.
The programme aims to:
- improve the quality of care for people with a learning disability or autism
- improve the quality of life for people with a learning disability or autism
- enhance community capacity, thereby reducing inappropriate hospital admissions and length of stay
