About this course
This course focuses on emotional health and wellbeing for children, parents, and carers.
It promotes the importance of relationships, and understanding what helps and prevents brain development, to help raise children who are kind and in touch with their emotions as they grow.
You will also learn different parenting styles, managing anger, communication, and more.

Parents of children under 5 years.

Thursdays, from 10 October to 19 December at:
Langtry Nursery
Time: 9.30 to 11.30 am
Fridays, from 20 September to 29 November at:
Agar CC and Family Hub
Time: 1.00 to 3.00 pm
